We practice dialogues with partners, using the new vocabulary we have learned.
We play charades and pictionary to practice the weather and clothing words.
We get to dress up paper dolls according to the directions Señora gives us.
We also dress them for the chosen weather and then tell Señora what they are wearing, in Spanish of course!
Becky has taught us a lot about Argentina this week. Becky, Kassidy and Señora acted out a legend about how the sunflower came to be. We learned a song about “la lechuza”, the owl. And our favorite activity was making the Argentinian cookies with vanilla wafers, Nestle’s lechera and melted chocolate!Deliciosa!
